Kara Shelving Systems are made of quality hot & cold roll (steel) materials that undergo a standard procedure to have high quality products. From the selection of this quality controlled steel materials the fabrication process will start by cutting it to the required sizes of the frames, beams, shelves, clips, connectors, etc. The raw materials will undergo punching, bending and welding. After the materials are formed in a particular shape of the product, it will now be ready to be painted through the process of washing, degreasing (anti oil procedure), Ferro clean & phosphate application, washing again then primary coating and finished it with epoxy powder coating. After the painting it will go to a furnace, then the finished products will pass the final quality control and final checking, and then to the packaging section and a quality finished products will now be ready for delivery to the customers.
